‘225 Dine’: The most anticipated BR restaurant openings of 2015
By: Matt Sigur
The Baton Rouge boom of restaurants isn’t slowing down anytime soon. Here’s a list of some exciting restaurants and expansions that are scheduled for 2015.
CRISPY CATCH – The former Kean’s Dry Cleaning building near the Perkins Road overpass isn’t going to be a new Tony’s Seafood. Rather, it will be a fast-casual restaurant from some of the members of the same family. The menu includes fried fish, boudin “poppers” and fish tacos. This is sure to be the next best thing in the overpass area. With a limited menu, it looks like the owners are positioning themselves to become the next Raising Cane’s.
